Return Policy

We at Lana Jewelry want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may return or exchange your Lana Jewelry within 7 business days after you receive your product and we will issue a refund minus the shipping charge.

Please Note: All sale items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@lanaunlimited.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return can not be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first). All e-mail and voice messages will be answered promptly within 24-hours.

When shipping your return or exchange, include your name, address, phone number and e mail address. Please package your item securely. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the individual. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent to our corporate office below:

Your credit card will be credited the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.

 

Repairs and Replacement Earring

Please note that all repairs are handled individually and will be at customer’s expense. We are also able to replace a lost earring mate.

Please contact us at customerservice@lanaunlimited.com and we will contact you with an estimate of the cost of the repair and further instructions. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and note the reason for repair.

Please note: Orders purchased through Lana Jewelry could take up to 5-7 business days to process before being shipped to the specified location. Due to the high value of our products, all orders shipped from Lana Jewelry will require a signature upon delivery.
